Refund policy
If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, we’ll cover the return shipping.
Returns are only accepted for items that are unworn, in original condition, and have all tags attached. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll get an email notification when your return is processed.
Please allow up to 3 weeks total — including shipping time (5–10 business days), internal processing (3–5 business days), and your bank’s timeline (5–10 business days). Many refunds are completed sooner.
