Shipping policy
Vennian currently ships domestically within the United States. At checkout, shipping and delivery estimates are based on item availability and the shipping option you select. Depending on the carrier, estimated delivery dates may appear on the shipping quote page. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing, shipping, and handling.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Vennian is no longer liable for the package. If your order is marked as delivered but is missing, we recommend contacting your local postal carrier and filing a claim directly.
Orders are processed immediately after submission and generally cannot be modified or canceled. If your order has already shipped and you need to update or correct your address, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. Please keep in mind that changes to shipping details may delay delivery and could result in additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier.
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate when checking out. Vennian is not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to errors in the shipping details provided.
Once your payment has been processed, we are unable to make changes to the billing address. Please verify that all billing details are correct before completing your order. If the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, your order will be sent to that address without issue.
